All products at 24by7 Print Solutions are custom printed on demand. Once a print job is scheduled, physical materials are consumed and the work cannot be undone. This policy reflects the nature of our custom printing service.
We schedule print jobs after a 5-minute buffer window from the time of order. This gives customers a brief opportunity to cancel before production begins.

If you receive your order and there is a quality issue, you may raise a claim within 1 working day of delivery confirmation.
Eligible claim types:
• Missing pages • Wrong paper size • Wrong print color • Wrong number of copies • Binding damaged • Unacceptable print quality
Upon reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
• Reprint and redeliver at no charge • Partial wallet credit • Full wallet credit • Refund to original payment source
All uploaded documents are handled under the following policy:
