Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 24by7 Print Solutions platform — including our website at 24by7print.com, mobile application, or any related service — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using our platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Our Services

24by7 Print Solutions provides on-demand document printing and delivery services in Dubai, UAE. Our services include:

• Document printing (A4, A3, B&W and Colour, single and double sided)
• Finishing options including binding, stapling, and lamination
• Same-day delivery to addresses within our service zone
• Express and standard delivery options
• In-app order tracking and rider GPS coordination
• Digital wallet and credit management

Service availability is subject to operational hours, geographic coverage, and order volume. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled within our service standards.

User Accounts

You may use our service as a registered user or as a guest. Registered accounts allow you to track orders, save delivery addresses, and accumulate wallet credits.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making a binding commitment to pay the displayed price including applicable VAT at 5%. Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

• All prices include 5% VAT as required by UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations
• Payment may be made online via Ziina or by cash on delivery (COD)
• Online payments must be confirmed before an order enters the print queue
• COD orders are accepted at the printer's discretion based on order value and location
• Wallet credits may be applied to reduce the payable amount
• Volume discounts apply automatically based on total page count per order

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be processed, if the uploaded files are unprintable, or if the delivery location falls outside our service area.

Your Files & Content

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant 24by7 Print Solutions a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and print that file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

• You must have the legal right to print all uploaded content
• Uploaded files are stored securely and deleted within 24 hours of delivery
• We do not read, copy, share, or retain your documents beyond what is necessary for printing
• You are solely responsible for the content of your files

Accepted file formats include PDF (preferred), Microsoft Word (.docx), and common image formats (JPG, PNG). File sizes must not exceed 50MB per file. We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from low-resolution files submitted by the customer.

Delivery

We provide same-day delivery within our active service zones. Estimated delivery times are calculated at the time of order and communicated via the app.

• Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors
• A valid delivery address including building name, floor, area, and city is required
• A contact number must be provided for delivery coordination
• The customer or an authorised representative must be available to receive the order
• If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be returned and a re-delivery fee applied

For orders delayed beyond the quoted ETA through no fault of the customer, compensation credit may be issued to your delivery wallet at our discretion.

Refunds & Claims

We stand behind our print quality. If your order arrives with a defect caused by us — including incorrect specs, print errors, or damaged documents — please raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery through the app.

• Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence via the in-app claims feature
• Accepted claims will be resolved by reprint, wallet credit, or refund at our discretion
• We cannot accept responsibility for print quality issues caused by low-resolution source files
• Cancelled orders are non-refundable once printing has commenced
• COD orders that are refused at delivery are subject to a delivery fee charge

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as wallet credit within 5–7 business days.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Upload or print content that is illegal under UAE law
• Infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our security or access systems
• Use automated systems to place orders without our prior written consent
• Engage in any conduct that could damage our reputation or operations
• Resell our services without written authorisation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, 24by7 Print Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, third-party systems)
• File corruption or quality issues caused by the customer's source files
• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Interruptions to our service for maintenance or technical reasons

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including the brand, logo, interface design, software, and text — is owned by or licensed to 24by7 Print Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify registered users of material changes via the app or email.

Continued use of our platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
