Orders & Printing
How do I place an order?
Choose your product from the homepage, upload your file, select your specs (paper size, colour, finishing), add to cart and checkout. We accept online card payment and Cash on Delivery.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG and JPEG files up to 200 MB per file. For best print quality, use PDF at 300 DPI or higher. For multi-page documents, a single merged PDF works best.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Automatic volume discounts apply for document printing: 31 to 75 pages is 10% off, 76 to 150 pages is 20% off, 151 to 300 pages is 25% off, and 301 or more pages is 30% off.
Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the UAE. Dubai orders are delivered same day within 2 to 3 hours. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are served via fast courier delivery. Confirm your delivery time and fee at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Dubai: same day, typically 2 to 3 hours. Standard delivery AED 10.50, express AED 20 plus VAT. Service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?
Yes. Toggle Schedule for later at checkout and pick your preferred date and time.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card payment via Ziina (Visa, Mastercard) and Cash on Delivery. A payment link is also sent by email for COD orders.
How much does document printing cost?
Document printing starts from AED 1.00 per page for A4 black and white single-sided, inclusive of VAT. Volume discounts of up to 30% apply automatically.
Files & Privacy
Are my files kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are stored securely, accessed only by our print team, and permanently deleted within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 5 minutes of placing for a full refund. Once printing starts, the print charge is non-refundable. Delivery fee is always refunded.

How do I place an order? +
Choose your product from the homepage, upload your file, select your specs (paper size, colour, finishing), add to cart and checkout. We accept online payment via card or Cash on Delivery.
What file formats do you accept? +
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG and JPEG files up to 200MB per file. For best print quality, upload PDF files with at least 300 DPI resolution. For multi-page documents, a single PDF works best.
Can I upload multiple files in one order? +
Yes — for document printing, each file can have its own specs (paper size, colour, binding). For product orders like FotoPanels, multiple files can be uploaded for multi-panel sets.
Can I add a note for the printer? +
Yes. At checkout there is a "Note to printer" field where you can add special instructions — e.g. "Print on thick paper", "Left-side staple", or "Mirror image".
Do you offer bulk/volume discounts? +
Yes — for document printing, automatic volume discounts apply based on total page count: 31–75 pages = 10% off, 76–150 pages = 20% off, 151–300 pages = 25% off, 301+ pages = 30% off. Discounts apply to print charges only, not delivery.
Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to? +
We currently deliver across Dubai (same day), Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi (next day courier). Enter your address at checkout and we'll confirm coverage and delivery options for your location.
How long does delivery take? +
Dubai orders are delivered same day — typically within 2–3 hours of order placement. Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi orders are delivered the next business day via courier, provided you order before 2:00 PM.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time? +
Yes — at checkout you can toggle "Schedule for later" and pick a date and time. The minimum scheduling window depends on the product type (e.g. 2 hours for standard prints, 24 hours for business cards).
What is the delivery fee? +
Dubai Standard Delivery is AED 10 + 5% VAT (AED 10.50). Express delivery is AED 20 + VAT. Next-day courier to Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi is AED 30 + VAT. Delivery fees are shown clearly before payment.
How do I track my order? +
You'll receive WhatsApp updates at each stage — when printing starts, when your order is out for delivery, and when it's delivered. You can also track live at
24by7print.com/track.
💳 Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Ziina, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, payment is collected when the rider delivers your order.
Are prices inclusive of VAT? +
All prices shown on product pages are before VAT. VAT at 5% is added at checkout on print charges and delivery separately. The final total shown before payment is fully inclusive of VAT. TRN: 100002635900003.
What is the wallet credit? +
Your wallet balance accumulates from referral rewards, compensations, and promotional credits. At checkout, you can apply your wallet credit to reduce the amount payable. Wallet credits do not apply to delivery fees.
How does the referral programme work? +
Share your referral code from your account page. When a new customer places their first order using your code, both you and they receive wallet credit as a reward.
