We accept PDF, JPG, PNG and JPEG files up to 200MB per file. For best print quality, upload PDF files with at least 300 DPI resolution. For multi-page documents, a single PDF works best.

Yes — for document printing, each file can have its own specs (paper size, colour, binding). For product orders like FotoPanels, multiple files can be uploaded for multi-panel sets.

Yes. At checkout there is a "Note to printer" field where you can add special instructions — e.g. "Print on thick paper", "Left-side staple", or "Mirror image".

Yes — for document printing, automatic volume discounts apply based on total page count: 31–75 pages = 10% off, 76–150 pages = 20% off, 151–300 pages = 25% off, 301+ pages = 30% off. Discounts apply to print charges only, not delivery.

We currently deliver across Dubai (same day), Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi (next day courier). Enter your address at checkout and we'll confirm coverage and delivery options for your location.

Dubai orders are delivered same day — typically within 2–3 hours of order placement. Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi orders are delivered the next business day via courier, provided you order before 2:00 PM.

Yes — at checkout you can toggle "Schedule for later" and pick a date and time. The minimum scheduling window depends on the product type (e.g. 2 hours for standard prints, 24 hours for business cards).

Dubai Standard Delivery is AED 10 + 5% VAT (AED 10.50). Express delivery is AED 20 + VAT. Next-day courier to Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi is AED 30 + VAT. Delivery fees are shown clearly before payment.

We accept online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Ziina, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, payment is collected when the rider delivers your order.

Your wallet balance accumulates from referral rewards, compensations, and promotional credits. At checkout, you can apply your wallet credit to reduce the amount payable. Wallet credits do not apply to delivery fees.

Share your referral code from your account page. When a new customer places their first order using your code, both you and they receive wallet credit as a reward.

Your uploaded files are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of delivery. We do not store, share or use your files for any other purpose.

Yes. All file transfers are encrypted via HTTPS. Files are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage. Only the printer assigned to your order can view your files, via time-limited secure links.
