When you create an account or place an order, we collect:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Delivery address(es)
• Payment confirmation (we do not store card numbers — payments are processed by Ziina)
• Files you upload for printing
• Order history and communication preferences

We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to improve our service.

• To send order updates via WhatsApp and email
• To manage your account, wallet and saved addresses
• To improve our products and services
• To comply with UAE legal and tax requirements

We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time from your account settings.

Files you upload are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage for the sole purpose of printing your order. Files are accessible only to the printer assigned to your order, via time-limited secure links.

All uploaded files are permanently deleted within 24 hours of delivery. This process is automatic and irreversible.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database and file storage provider (Singapore region)
• Ziina — our payment processor (UAE)
• Resend — our email service provider
• Google — Analytics and Tag Manager
• Meta — conversion tracking (if you arrived via an ad)

Our delivery riders see only your name, phone number, delivery address and order reference — nothing else.

• Uploaded files: deleted within 24 hours of delivery
• Order records: retained for 7 years for UAE tax compliance
• Account data: retained until you request deletion
• Marketing opt-in data: retained until you opt out

Under UAE data protection regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. File storage is encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff only. We conduct regular security reviews.
