By placing an order you confirm that all files uploaded are owned by you or you have the right to print them. 24by7 Print is not liable for copyright infringement by customers.

Payment must be completed at checkout (card) or on delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be confirmed.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to 5% VAT. VAT is shown separately at checkout.

We print exactly what is in the files you upload. We are not responsible for errors in your artwork, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, low resolution or wrong colours in the source file.

Colour output may vary slightly from screen preview due to differences between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK) colour spaces. This is not grounds for a refund.

Estimated delivery times are targets, not guarantees. Delays due to force majeure, traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After printing has started, cancellations are not accepted and print charges are non-refundable.

Quality claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. See our Claims & Refunds page for full details.

All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of delivery. We do not store, share or use customer files for any purpose other than fulfilling the print order.

Customer data (name, address, phone) is used only for order fulfilment and communication. We do not sell customer data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. They expire as specified at the time of issue. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

We will not print content that is: illegal, defamatory, obscene, racially offensive, or infringes third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from late delivery or print errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
